I have to say your product looks great and it's a shame I didn't buy this during the campaign as you seem to be proving to be a top contender in this niche.

Q: Seems confusing, how is your onboarding and support?
Reading at the product description I am even more confused than I was before reading it. Generally, I think of the products to help get some type of worries of your shoulders, but your tool seems like I have to go back to school to learn how to use it and set it up.
So my question is how easy it is to setup, what kind of onboarding do you offer and what is the support policy?
