A: We have submitted for Google CMP certification, but are still waiting on formal approval. We do still detect and block google tags based on user consent today. If you are running in express consent mode, we will block the relevant google tags automatically until consent is received. While we recommend express consent mode regardless of region, in areas that allow for implied consent, like many locales in the US, some companies will run our consent management platform in implied mode in those regions, which makes it opt-out vs. opt-in.
