A: No offense at all. Iubenda is a popular tool in the space and there are some similarities and differences, with both of us offering a few things the other doesn't. They are currently focused more on privacy policy generation coupled with consent controls, where we focus more on consent controls and additional compliance coverage, including privacy request handling as required by laws like GDPR and CCPA. We will be adding policy generation soon as well, but are currently more focused on the privacy experience for end users on existing sites (which often already have a legal policy in place).

In our case, we provide a unified privacy center that is relatively unique in the industry, which gives your users access to consent controls, privacy requests forms, and easier to understand policies (Iubenda does occasionally get some negative feedback around their user facing experiences being a bit dense and hard to understand). While we respect and take inspiration from other competitors in the space like Iubenda, we are definitely more focused on building a better trust layer between you and your users, and believe that the experience matters a lot there.
