I tried accessing my account for several days and leaving messages with no response. I came here to check for customer support and saw I'm not the only one.

Same issue as everyone else. My account has been deleted and when I try to create a new account, it's stuck on a "preparing your account" page. I figured maybe they updated their software and it's requiring everyone create a new account but I never received any emails about that and support is not responding when I reach out. I can see they read my message 10 days ago but nobody will reply.

Same problem here. My account is disabled and I have no access, with no explanation -_-

I purchased an LTD here and decided to give the platform time to grow/improve. When I returned, my whole account was deactivated. I would understand if my inactive dataset was removed, but this is a bridge too far. I wouldn't trust them if you are looking for this type of solution. I have sent several messages, including one directly to the CEO and do not get responses. It was a terrific product idea - I am not sure why they are treating AS members as a piggy bank.

Looked like a well working system, lacking in support. now nothing more goes since over a week, support doesn't answer since months
