We recently purchased Connexify through AppSumo and are currently encountering an issue with the white label domain configuration.

Despite following the setup instructions, the custom domain is not functioning as expected on Connexify. We have already reached out to the Connexify support team but have not received a response so far.

Given the urgency of our setup and deployment, we would appreciate your assistance in either:
Helping escalate this issue with the Connexify team, or
Providing guidance on how we can resolve the white label domain configuration
