Your roadmap came to a halt at the beginning of Feb.. this is often a big red flag. I am on Tier 5.. but I have not yet started to use the tool 'properly'. Before I do, it would be good to know this is an active tool .. when can we expect to see the change log .. being updated again?

Also, no reply from their support.. I can not apply white label.. the screen crashes when I go to the white label area.. I have contacted support.. nothing back .. not feeling good about this

I managed to connect my domain after multiple tries, but honestly I’m not even sure what fixed it — it just suddenly worked. Still having issues with white label though, and support hasn’t responded even after a follow-up.
Planning to request a refund, just can’t risk relying on a tool that feels unstable and unsupported.
