CEM says they have updated to ban promotional emails to customers
I had a problem in August. After the customer authorization was completed, they jumped directly to their company's website and received a welcome email, and now that they have fixed it, I will continue to test it

Edited Sep 27, 2025We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Both we and members of our community asked you to share more details about the issue so we could investigate, but unfortunately no clear explanation was provided. It’s also unclear how a simple redirect to our website after authorization could result in losing a client, that doesn’t really add up.
Since June 30th, you’ve asked us for several changes, and we took your feedback seriously. You requested the option to hide the footer and we did it. You asked to disable the emails and we did it. You had DNS problems at the start and we solved them for you.
The only request we could not fulfill was removing our SEO title and favicon to hide the SEO preview, that simply isn’t possible.
We currently have over 500 active users and have not seen this bug reported before. For anyone who wants, our software can be fully white-labeled, so clients never see our branding at all. Of course, we’re a startup, nothing is perfect, but we rely on feedback to improve.
Leaving a negative review without giving us the chance to properly fix things feels unfair and unprofessional.
