Connected Account Limits Only 2 for Tier 3

Although this tool seems to work, I’m extremely disappointed as a Tier 3 customer. Tiers 1 ($59), 2 ($129), and 3 ($249) all only allow connection to two accounts—for example, one Google Ads and one Meta Ads account. How is it possible that Tiers 1 and 2 have the same connection limits as Tier 3? Surely, Tier 3 should offer more?

You have to jump to Tier 4 at $400 to get just one extra connected account, increasing the limit to three, or pay $549 for Tier 5 to get five connected accounts. The pricing is exorbitant! They should increase these connection limits because it’s unfair that Tier 3 stays the same as the cheaper tiers.

Overall, I thought Tier 3 would be sufficient, but it isn’t usable for my business since most clients have four or more accounts on average. If they don’t update the connected account limits ASAP per tier, I will likely look for an alternative solution and refund this tool in a few weeks.

Update: I'm changing my review to 1 taco based on your response. Not only is it disappointing, but you completely ignored the main issue I raised. I didn’t mention client connections, which by the way are not unlimited on tier 3—they are limited to 10 each month. My review was not about the number of clients I can onboard, so why did you bring that up when it’s completely irrelevant?

I specifically spoke about tier 3’s platform connection limit per client, which is only two. I pointed out that tier 3 costs more than four times tier 1 and double tier 2, yet it has the same connection limits as both tiers (Only 2). That’s unfair. Your response clearly avoided this main issue and focused on something unrelated, which tells me you don’t actually care about your customers’ concerns.

This is really disappointing because, with other tools on AppSumo, owners often update their products when customers point out issues. Also, this tool saves me no money as an agency—tier 3 only allows me to connect one Google Ads account and one Meta account per client, making it essentially unusable for my business. It hasn’t saved me time or money; instead, it has wasted my money.

To anyone considering this tool, I don’t recommend it. The connection limits on each tier are too low. When you bring up an issue, they respond with generic, unrelated answers that avoid your points. You’re better off using alternative tools with higher platform connection limits that actually value you as a customer.
