I wanted to like Consently, I am not happy with my existing cookie solution and wanted something better. I had an issue and reached out to support, but after some problems with their chat window, we were able to communicate. My initial issue was resolved. I have, however, decided to claim a refund. Consently found a huge number of cookies, most unclassified. I just don't have the time or capacity to understand how to manage the number of unclassified cookies. My existing cookie solution is limited, but the website doesn't break when cookies are rejected and doesn't require deep understanding to make it work.

I have been using Consently on my website and it made cookie consent and privacy compliance much easier. Setup was simple and it started detecting cookies right away. I customized the banner to match my brand and generated my policies from the dashboard. It saves time and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is properly managed.

After numerous attempts to scan the cookies, it still does not work, a couple of attempts are reamastall day in the queue, another couple of attempts started the scan but did not finish it after several hours, the support has been kind saying that they are working to solve the problem, but even after a week the situation has not changed.

After my negative review, I sent the website link to support, and the scan started. However, to see if it really worked, I reset a new website, and after 12 hours, the scan is still queued. I am speechless.
