Q: Guests - on website Team account allows for no guests, on Business plan, there are unlimited guests.
I stacked 2 of my multiple codes already and not seeing any changes to either storage (same as free account) or number of guests. Please advise as I don't want to fully stack if I'm still getting same file storage and guests as I would on a free account.
Also don't know if you know this but deleting a post is leaving the title still not a full delete.
Also I can find no way of editing a post nor re-entering a document to edit - please advise
Next questions - all files uploaded into private channels etc - a file is made in "files" is it then viewable by all or only by those in the channel it originated from?
We use the files as SOPs - but there is no way of adding a file into "Files" without posting into a channel . Are you suggesting a Library channel which then feds into the files section? If yes then editing will be even more important as cant simply delete and re-upload
Last question (I think) the AI I've played with - will it summarise only content viewable by the user it is speaking to ? If no , then can it be restricted to those users appropriate to see a summary of ALL activities ? Its a bit slow (polite for it gave me nothing , just swirled) , if summary requested at "all discussions" it freezes , but works better in a channel /category but does seem to give info on other channels so I will need to know before we put financial info or HR matter in private channel whether this is being summarised to everyone !!
Q: Storage - I can see on the website that you have specific storage for files - 100MB, 10GB or the up to 100 ...
users is 100GB, there is no unlimited storage specified on website . Can you please advise which tiers have how much storage as I cannot find any mention os limits here , simply that file storage is permitted. Some competitors on here like Noysi have unlimited, so I want to ensure Im comparing correctly, thanks .
