Q - What is the difference between agent / host / team member / user
A - They’re all the same. The host is the person that receives calls/chats from site-visitors. Every host gets isolated access to the backoffice with unique login credentials.
Q - When are group meetings and the mobile-app going to be launched?

Q - Can I select which agents will be presented on every domain/page?
A - YES! You can allocate agents per page. Their widget will be shown only on the pages you chose. This could be useful in cases where you have multiple websites as well as when you would like to show the widget in select pages. Look for “Page Matches” on the backoffice to get this done!
