I reached out on Saturday on your website widget to both you and your customer success rep but both were offline (it was the weekend). I was hoping to experience it with a live interaction before purchasing. Definitely could use this on my frontend site. Probably wouldnt use it for support but definitely for sales.
I have automatically synced all birthdays from my contacts into my Google Calendar. Since I have very many contacts, there are birthdays almost every day. Strangely, the Consolto calendar synchronization marks every day with birthdays as "busy," so only 1-2 days per month are shown as free for appointments. When can you fix this bug?

A: Hello Hajo, We're about to launch a significant improvement to the syncrhonization next month including outlook integration. I hope this one will be solved as well by then. Not sure we will be able to get it fixed by that time as we don't have a 'busy" concept at this time.
I love this platform. The only thing missing are Ai voice calling outbound and Agency sub accounts. I think I heard your AI will have voice. Can you please confirm? On a separate note if you would consider voice call dialing out. The key is to have the audience actually phone number in our crm.
But also wanted to know, at an additional fee, offer Agency while blaming sub account in the future.

A: Hello! Yes, it's easy. Go to Consolto's billing section and click on the bottom blue button - "upgrade/downgrade". This will bring you to appsumo to upgrade/downgrade your plan there. You'll pay the difference only. No need to refund completely.
We support those exactly - Claude, Gemini and OpenAI.
