Finding an all in one solution has been on our agenda for some time, replacing the standard calendar across all our landing pages and site is more rewarding with the interactive features offered by CONSOLTO. Amazing!

I bought Tier 3 and had my first experiences with Consolto.
Two things that stand out immediately and unfortunately limit usability and customer experience, so that I cannot use Consolto yet:
- I use several Google Calendars (private, various ones for business, etc.), but as far as I can see, Consolto only syncs with my main calendar. That means appointments are booked that conflict with my other appointments. One should be able to choose – as with other tools that have Google Calendar integration – which calendars are synchronized and in which the appointments are added.
There are also no settings options. In December, three bookable days are displayed in Consolto (the next one in 10 days), even though I have plenty of available appointments almost every day.
- In German, "Schedule" is translated as "Terminplan," but that doesn't make sense. It has to be "Termin vereinbaren", otherwise the customer won't understand it.

Even if Consolto may be great otherwise, these two points mean that I cannot use it yet.
If they can be fixed, I would gladly update this review immediately.

Pros ✅

Lightning-Fast Setup:

I had the widget up and running on my website in under 10 minutes. The dashboard is clean and intuitive—no tech degree required.

Everything in One Place:

Finally, I don't need to switch between tabs to check my calendar, start a video call, or send a payment link. It all happens in one interface.

Professional Look:

The widget looks modern and clean on my website. It doesn't have that cheap, spammy feel some chat widgets have. Clients have complimented how professional the video experience is.

AI That Actually Helps:

After training Ooni with my FAQs and service details, it handles basic questions without me lifting a finger. It's smart enough to know when to hand over to me for complex queries.

Amazing Support:

The team are incredibly responsive. When I reached out with questions, they got back to me quickly with solutions. They've even implemented feature requests from users within days, including adding language support.

Lifetime Deal Value:

For the price of a couple of months of Zoom and Calendly subscriptions, I got lifetime access. The value is hard to beat.

Smooth Workflows:

The way everything flows from AI chat to human chat to video call to payment is seamless. There are no awkward transitions or broken experiences.

Mobile Access:

The mobile apps for iOS and Android allow you to take calls on the go, so you never miss an opportunity even when you're not at your desk.

Limited Call Recordings on Lower Tiers:

The cheaper plans give you 0-100 call recordings. If you do lots of calls and want to save them all, you might need a higher tier or will have to delete old recordings.

AI Credits Can Run Out:

The AI chatbot runs on monthly credits (1,000 to 6,000, depending on your plan). If you have high website traffic with lots of chat interactions, you might burn through these faster than expected.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features:

While basic setup is easy, getting the most out of AI training, custom workflows, and analytics takes some time to understand and optimise fully.

It's a nice tool, but the lack of integration with Office365 for availability is a big problem. I think I'm going to have to refund as a result unless this is on the short-term roadmap.

Also, the AI takes a while to respond. Will that be faster if I BYOK?

The AI model just says Open AI. But, what exact model is being used? Is this controllable if I BYOK?

I didn't realize AI credits are one time and don't reset each month, so that was a bummer.

Other than this, it's a nice tool, but the Office365 is a deal breaker. You're excluding 50% of users without this.

This is one of the best products I have bought in Appsumo for years. And I have bought a lot, including the now dead Meetfox (yes, just like you lot I also lost it after going out of business, and that´s just another one of many who do in appsumo unfortunately).

I see the love here by Consolto´s developers. The UI is fantastic, its features truly masterfully put together. Scheduling, video and audio communications, web chat, screen sharing, AI... I wish I would have paid more attention to this software in the past and could have saved a lot of money (and headaches too).

If I can highlight something on the perhaps less positive user experience is the mobile app. In there, the UI has room for improvement. At least the Android version, which the one I have tested. If the UI gets better, the funcionality behind it will shine in the app as much as it does on desktop.

Keep working hard Consolto. And have a long and healthy business life so we never lose you. If you ever get a buyer for your business, do not forget about us. It´s happened far too many times in Appsumo unfortunately.
