There aren't any direct integrations with CRMs yet, but pushing leads automatically into the large ones is on roadmap for early next year.
However, if you're familiar with using webhooks, you can already push form submissions to a tool like Zapier using the webhook field in the Contact Form app. - Pete

A: 1) You can add a Click-to-Call app widget that triggers a call on a user's mobile device or displays a clickable number on desktop. In-browser calling is something we're considering, but there are other new features that have more demand at the moment. I have a few more updates on the roadmap around button sizing/transparency. Was there any particular elements of the button or apps design you were hoping we'd add options for?
Hey Pete, what’s the best way to manage individual contact buttons and domains under the unlimited plan? I need multiple users to have access to manage buttons, integrations, and their lead list without seeing others. Would that be possible under the Max plan?
If there are going to be multiple users, than I'd recommend a "Workspace" for every separate domain you'll be adding a Contact Button to. As the primary admin, you'll be able to switch between workspaces with the same login. For each workspace, you can invite users to just that workspace so they'll be kept separate from your other domain setups.
Q: Questions about domain usage, page-URL tracking & AI chatbot integration
Hi, 1.The deal says “1 domain license” under Tier 1. Could you confirm whether this covers usage on domain.com, and also on sub-domains (for example blog.domain.com, shop1.domain.com, shop2.domain.com)?
2.For an e-commerce site use case: when a visitor submits the contact form via the widget on our contact page, can we capture and include the specific URL of the page where the visitor filled out...

1) Yes, buttons from the same single workspace will work on any subdomain you add a button to. You can create different buttons for each subdomain as well with a single stack.
2) Not yet, but it's a good idea that I'll add to roadmap.
3) Not natively yet, but we'll be building one next year. There will be extra costs to use it though as it won't be a part of our Max...

Is it safe to say that with Tier 2 or Tier 3 that the domains can change over time? If I turn Contact Button off for a domain, and it was my third of three available for Tier 2, I assume I could start it back up with a different domain?

A: Yes, most definitely. You can set your workspace domain to any url you want and change it later. What the URL value does is prevent someone else from copying the custom script we give you and using it to display your button on their website. It's more a precautionary feature than anything.
So if you go tier 3, you could use your 10 upgrades immediately and create workspaces with domain...
