I've only had it a couple of weeks but I already love this tool. I use it as a non-techy single user in 2 ways; 1) I'll write separately, publish and then get the app pull it in to optimise. It's great for this as you can make small tweaks which have a big impact on your writing. It's so user friendly for this and makes it so simple to go edit your work. This feature is excellent on its own.
There are a couple of downsides, when I import from my site, it doesn't see the formatting so you end up with no paragraphs and zero photos which skews the results unless you spend ages reformatting. I'm not sure if that's because my blog is via shopify or not as shopify code confuses a lot of apps.
You don't get this if you write from scratch in the tool or copy and paste before publishing but I'm too lazy for that!
2) I also use the tool to build the framework for an article and then run those headings through a separate ai writer (or write myself) and come back and rework/optimise in the app. In this way, it does what Frase does but for a fraction of the price. It's just as easy to use and the onpage recommendations are quite good. One thing missing which Frase does have is the ability to look at potential links (both internal and external) to include, since these are important for article SEO but it's not a massive thing since finding your own is probably better anyway.
It's post Black Friday and the busiest weeks of our year so I haven't had enough time to find other workflows yet but I'm sure there are a lot more ways to use the tool to speed things up. It's already doubled my output speed and improved most of our current articles so it's definitely worth it!

Thanks for your feedback - we really appreciate it!
I've lost access to google account wich I used to login. Trying to contact support for more than 3 days without even with an automatica reply, from support@contentpace.freshdesk.com. I'm on the chat for 2 days and nobody answer.
Instead of spitting numbers out at you, the amount of content generated for your research topic will give you a great understanding of the top content your competitors are running. For me that makes my goals really tangible, what they are really writing about, what is really popular and clicked. I don't think there is a tool out there that does anything like this. A great addition to your usual SERP tracking tools. One of my favorites for sure.

Purchased this to have a better workflow for content creation. It does a good job of compiling content data from the top 50 SERP for the keyword you are targeting. I needed replacement for Neuraltext, which I really like the UI, but they seem to have abandoned their app and are no longer providing support so I gave Contentpace a try.
Overall I like it but have two issues with it for the week I have been using it.
- Workspaces. You have unlimited users but only a single workspace. This makes zero sense and will eventually result in a very unorganized file structure. When asked they have indicated no roadmap for providing this, or at least not for Appsumo users, even though we are on the Team Plan upgrade path.
- Workflow could be better streamlined. The initial content research pulls in a wealth of competitor data but most of it does not pull in or become available once you move onto the content editor. Even the QandA section, you need to copy and paste each one in order to add it to your content editor and even they most of the questions are truncated so you need to click on the link to go to the original source in order to copy the full question. Awkward things like this really slow down the content workflow, which is supposed to be the point of this app. They should look at Neuraltext, which has a great two panel editor so you can keep all of your notes and data on the right while creating your content on the left panel.
Overall, it is a promising app, I hope they continue to support it and Appsumo users in the future, I'm finding the whole content/AI space is full of new companies and most won't make it.

Thanks a lot for the detailed review and suggestions 🙏 We greatly appreciate your support. I have taken notes to add to our roadmap :)

Had my eye on Contentpace for quite a while. Already owning Neuronwriter, I wasn't sure of the need for Contentpace. Yet I couldn't ignore the generous limits on the higher tiers. Huge benefit for the amount of writing we intend to do.
Contentpace and Neuron obviously have many similarities. There are things Neuron does better, content optimization being the main aspect. However, in Contentpace I was very pleasantly surprised by the generated topic reports, from which a content brief can be created to be exported or shared with team members or clients. Absolutely brilliant. It's currently lacking the option to publish straight to Wordpress, but that seems to be on the roadmap, so that's great.
The interface for the content optimization tab is where I believe it's somewhat lacking compared to similar tools. In my experience Neuronwriter and Dokey felt more intuitive. Perhaps it just takes a bit more getting used to.
The reason I'm giving it 4 tacos and not 5 is the lack of roles, permissions, folders and/or workspaces. We've invested in 7 codes for the maximum amount of credits, which based on their recurring plans grants the equivalent of 10 agency plans. For these limits I don't believe it's unreasonable to have basic folder and permission functionality included. Neuronwriter has article or project level permissions from 3+ codes.
We require this for both internal use and for client access. There is no need for each member to have full access to each project and client. Also we like to actively involve our clients in the writing process, but the lack of permissions prohibits this. We obviously can't allow access to an entire account where we manage multiple clients.
Muntasir did mention these features, along with white label, will be offered as an agency upgrade at an additional annual fee, which won't exceed $200. As mentioned before, I could understand this for the white label option. However, we have no issue showing Contentpace branding.
In Contentpace, I noticed users are already assigned a role, there's already a dropdown for workspaces, just no option to create additional ones. I'm assuming most of the groundwork is already there. Are folders and permissions so resource intensive to require an additional annual fee? That would feel like unnecessary basic feature gating.
The higher tiers combined with a lack of basic permissions are a bit of a mismatch to me. Purchasing 4 codes already grants more credits than the website's Agency plan, so Contentpace realizes those are volumes that require folders and permissions. It's something the competitors include in their offers and I'm really hoping this restriction will be reconsidered, at the very least for those of us that purchased more than 4 or 5 codes.
Those not workin with teams, requiring permissions or client access, this is obviously no problem, in which case I can still wholeheartedly recommend Contentpace.

Great for content optimization! Just one caveat.
