Q: Your website contact is not working...I need help with my account
Hello, I purchased your software from appsumo in 2022, I tried to login today and it does not recognize my email. I tried the lost password and that is not working, how do I get in my account?
I sent an email to the email posted on your website and it came back as a bad address, can you please contact me thank you very much.
Am I allowed to use the content I create for commercial purposes? Such as ebooks and social media ad revenue, etc? Not talking about reselling your templates.
The product is broken. Why aren't you fixing it? I don't see any response after March 11 24 here. Is AppSumo listing products without verification? Why is this a non-refundable product? I need refund. This is plain simple scam done by the founders of Content Presso. AppSumo please issue refund and unlist this product. Nothing works on their site.

Q: Links to Edit on Cavna isn't working.
Other users have also reported this. I'm also getting error when I click on Edit on Canva button on any template. What's going on?
