A: Hi GDR, thanks for asking! Yes, you can build with it. Contral's Build mode is a coding agent: it reads your project and proposes edits as a review card, and you accept, skip, or apply them all. It never writes to your files without your review. It can also create new projects (Next.js, Vite, Express, FastAPI, Django, Go and more) and open a live preview of web apps.

If something's wrong in your code, just ask Build mode to fix the bug or improve the approach, and it'll propose the corrected code for you to apply. Every change also comes with a teaching card explaining what changed and why.

On usage, there isn't one single credit pool. Each plan has separate allowances: messages to the Build agent count as AI messages, while explanations like Explain selection, Ask Tutor, Deep dives and teaching cards have their own allowances. And if you'd rather fix things yourself, Learn Mode and the teaching features point out what's wrong and explain the better way without editing your code.
