I personally think that one of the reasons why we use systems like this is to be able to be disconnected from work when is time to do it.
When using this feature we are tied to the mobile phone 24/7 which is unrealistic since, as I said, we all need personal time and your co-workers aren't your slaves and need time off as well 😜
Are you planning to make incoming calls to ring on desktop app or mobile app only instead of user's mobile phone? I guess user may have the option to have the call forwarded to their mobile phone (if option is activated) when call is not answer or when away from desk, but I really think this should be an option to be selected by user for the time they want to have it activated.
Also, not sure how it works with overseas CSR as their number is not an US number.
A: We are considering adding a snooze feature for this, but we are still debating if having incoming calls in-app is a good idea, sales-wise. We will be thinking about the best way to approach this, though.

1. a - Yes b - Yes, I believe Zapier has a Sendinblue zap, and you will be able to send from Sendinblue to ConvertLead.
2. a - Yes b - They can only see leads assigned to them and their response time; nothing else from the company is shown to the agents.
3. a - We don't have variables yet, but we will add them very soon. b. The emails sent via SMTP will show up in each lead timeline. We don't use an inbox system as the other CRMs do, but we register all agents to lead interactions in their timeline/lead history.
4. a - Yes b - for the admin too, but the people that will use the mobile app the most are going to be the agents - they have a special, simple, lead-oriented dashboard for them to call and handle leads easily. c - Yes (read b above) d - The page builder can't be used inside the mobile app. And the reminders are only available in the mobile app (so they are missing in the web app). e - I guess, for the mobile app specifically, we're going to add a calendar for each agent account and a booking widget through which leads will be able to book a call.

A: Regarding the reseller you mentioned, what you see on their website is a recurring offer (part of a private promo), not a one-time deal like the AppSumo offer. Still, we have decided to increase the maximum number of domains in our agency plan, and we will be bumping all existing agency accounts (please contact the support desk if you don’t see the increased number of projects and domains) to match the number you see on that page, that is 20 projects and 15 domains.
We currently don't have a PDF instruction manual available. We highly recommend that you refer to the extensive knowledgebase and go through all the things in there whenever you need assistance with particularly the Getting Started video. A: We would like to clarify that we do plan to include all the features that we have promised. However, we won't be able to give unlimited access to all of them depending on what features we are releasing and the cost for us to sustain them.
That being said, we are giving our users unlimited pipelines for their agency and their clients with all the features that come with them. We are also including the AI widget, but not with unlimited words, for obvious reasons.
We would also like to mention that not many page builders give you the option to build as many pages as you want and export them for use on your own hosting. Most of them try to keep you paying their monthly fees, but we don't. You can export as many pages as you want, and you'll only pay for the projects hosted by us (project + custom domain at 5 USD per month). You can easily use just these 5 projects to create and export unlimited pages.
We would also like to inform users like yourself to know that we are giving you access to ALL the features. There is no plan in our app with unlimited websites and domains; this is the maximum that you are getting

cloud (their Pro version is just a small monthly fee and for $39 pm gets you for unlimited sites to custom domains)
Im guessing, if using our own site bullder(s) for Landing Pages & Funnel sites, as we get leads fill in the page opt-in, putting prospect details into our own thrid party CRM system, then also via webhooks or Zapier could push them into Convertleads...then set up and run automation campaigns. Is that doable? as gets around your page builder limits.
I'll try your single user Tier 1 for right now to try things out....I understand you have a roadmap, however your unable to currently share when this will be made public...altough likley some good things in the pipeline!

b)Is the point of the custom domains, the ability to provide: (i)a landing page with their domain? (ii)a login url for one of these clients that has there domain, i.e leads.clientcompanydomain.com? (iii)and send alert emails out with the domain MX record from Convertlead? If I've misunderstood please let me know.
b)What happens if you stack 3 codes or more, what happens after the 5 custom domains are used, does that mean you cannot generate any more landing pages? Would you consider an post-deal additional add-on that can be used as needed in these situations?

1. As to your first question, yes, clients are basically companies you manage (called companies inside the app), and you can get unlimited of these that you can add and manage inside ConvertLead. Any company account you add inside ConvertLead will get its login user and password, and it will be able to use the app freely (as a company account).
Custom domains are basically custom domains (www.yourdomain.com) that you connect to projects hosted by us (a Godaddy domain, for example). People will be able to access a project by entering your customdomain.com URL in their browser, and the pages will remain hosted by us, and you won't pay any hosting fees.
Projects created inside our page builder can also be exported and hosted on your host with no restrictions.
To send emails with your domain, you will need an SMTP provider i.e. SendGrid, which will ask you to verify your domain and from email and then you will be able to add these for each company account from the company edit modal (SMTP integration).
b. You can only have a maximum of 5 projects in your dashboard as part of this AppSumo deal (this is more of a bonus because the page builder wasn’t initially included in this AppSumo deal). Please feel free to contact our support desk to upgrade for more.
c. Yes, they can be. Client management is flexible, but domains and page builder projects are separate from your company accounts/clients.
2a. With webhook and Zapier integrations available, we believe we have already covered a lot of ground, so native integration with specific tools isn’t a top priority at the moment except for, let’s say, platforms like Pabbly. If there are enough requests for a platform (like for Pabbly, we got a lot of requests), we will try to add them.
2b. Integrations are meant to send leads into Convertlead and not outside of Convertlead.
Zapier can be used to send leads into ConvertLead (not from ConvertLead to another platform) using triggers. These triggers are specific to the apps you use to send the leads from.

That being said, we are giving our users unlimited pipelines for their agency and their clients with all the features that come with them. We are also including the AI widget, but not with unlimited words, for obvious reasons.
We would also like to mention that not many page builders give you the option to build as many pages as you want and export them for use on your own hosting. Most of them try to keep you paying their monthly fees, but we don't. You can export as many pages as you want, and you'll only pay for the projects hosted by us (project + custom domain at 5 USD per month). You can easily use just these 5 projects to create and export unlimited pages.
We would also like to inform users like yourself to know that we are giving you access to ALL the features. There is no plan in our app with unlimited websites and domains; this is the maximum that you are getting

Q: Hi Ali Regarding everyones issue relating to the number of landing pages, Brizy.
cloud (their Pro version is just a small monthly fee and for $39 pm gets you for unlimited sites to custom domains)
Im guessing, if using our own site bullder(s) for Landing Pages & Funnel sites, as we get leads fill in the page opt-in, putting prospect details into our own thrid party CRM system, then also via webhooks or Zapier could push them into Convertleads...then set up and run automation campaigns. Is that doable? as gets around your page builder limits.
I'll try your single user Tier 1 for right now to try things out....I understand you have a roadmap, however your unable to currently share when this will be made public...altough likley some good things in the pipeline!
We build landing pages & funnels as an agency and I could see this could be handy for an Ad agency clients to measure the pipeline of calls that our Ads & pages create when people call in.

From reading the comments here could you please clarify my understanding on the following:
1)Clients/Custom domains
a)Clients are companies you manage, which increase with each code stack and there is a total of 5 custom domains that can be used?
b)Is the point of the custom domains, the ability to provide:
(i)a landing page with their domain?
(ii)a login url for one of these clients that has there domain, i.e leads.clientcompanydomain.com?
(iii)and send alert emails out with the domain MX record from Convertlead?
If I've misunderstood please let me know.
b)What happens if you stack 3 codes or more, what happens after the 5 custom domains are used, does that mean you cannot generate any more landing pages? Would you consider an post-deal additional add-on that can be used as needed in these situations?
c)I presume clients can be removed in the future when work with them is finished, freeing up the spot (and custom domain if applicable).
2)Intergrations
a)Are you considering adding much to the intergrations in the future is the platform more focused on using API/Zapier to import leads? As I've mentioned I would love to see intergrations with SendinBlue (now Brevo) and Encharge which many Sumolings purchased previously.
b)Can Zapier be used to export leads at a specific point/event (i.e after responding/clicking a link etc)?
3)Pipeline
a)Could you let me know what additional features the upcoming pipeline will bring?
b)Will all the features be available for this deal, or only 2 codes upwards?
4)Comparsion with Special Pilot Program plan
Is there any differences between this plan on your website and stacking 3 codes here (to get 10 clients)?

May 14, 2024A: Let’s get to your questions right away.
1. As to your first question, yes, clients are basically companies you manage (called companies inside the app), and you can get unlimited of these that you can add and manage inside ConvertLead. Any company account you add inside ConvertLead will get its login user and password, and it will be able to use the app freely (as a company account).
Custom domains are basically custom domains (www.yourdomain.com) that you connect to projects hosted by us (a Godaddy domain, for example). People will be able to access a project by entering your customdomain.com URL in their browser, and the pages will remain hosted by us, and you won't pay any hosting fees.
Projects created inside our page builder can also be exported and hosted on your host with no restrictions.
To send emails with your domain, you will need an SMTP provider i.e. SendGrid, which will ask you to verify your domain and from email and then you will be able to add these for each company account from the company edit modal (SMTP integration).
b. You can only have a maximum of 5 projects in your dashboard as part of this AppSumo deal (this is more of a bonus because the page builder wasn’t initially included in this AppSumo deal). Please feel free to contact our support desk to upgrade for more.
c. Yes, they can be. Client management is flexible, but domains and page builder projects are separate from your company accounts/clients.
2a. With webhook and Zapier integrations available, we believe we have already covered a lot of ground, so native integration with specific tools isn’t a top priority at the moment except for, let’s say, platforms like Pabbly. If there are enough requests for a platform (like for Pabbly, we got a lot of requests), we will try to add them.
2b. Integrations are meant to send leads into Convertlead and not outside of Convertlead.
Zapier can be used to send leads into ConvertLead (not from ConvertLead to another platform) using triggers. These triggers are specific to the apps you use to send the leads from.
3a. The pipeline feature has been introduced inside the Leads page. It allows you to create a sales pipeline by defining multiple stages. For each stage, you can set up an action to be performed via the stage automation feature.
As the stages are created, you can drag and drop each lead in the required stage.
These pipelines help you simplify and accelerate your sales process.
3b. Unlimited pipelines are already available for all AppSumo deals.
4. No, there is no difference. The only difference is that on our website, you can not get unlimited clients, while on Appsumo, with 8 codes, you can.

Can you clarify this? What counts as a project, let's say I purchase 8 codes which shows unlimited everything, if I'm limited to 5 projects does that mean I'm limited to what I can do for each client?
You can only create five projects in the page builder.
Projects are websites you create inside the page builder and that we host. Each project can have as many pages as possible.
The page builder module is separated from the rest of the app, and so is the AI widget.
The app itself has no limit.
Just to be clear, right now, we have 3 products inside ConvertLead.
First is the CRM and sales management tool (AppSumo offer)
Second is the page builder module - up to 5 projects (this wasn’t part of the AppSumo deal)
Third is the AI widget (300k words added to all users) (that, too, wasn’t part of the AppSumo deal)
It’s also worth noting that the page builder is still in beta.

Q: There has to be some idea when whitelabel will be deployed.
Can you give some indication of timeline?
If we buy ConvertLead now, will we get the whitelabel option included later without extra payment?

It is also worth noting that the white label option will be a separate purchase and won't be included in the current deal for free.

Q: Why is there no whitelabel offered if agencies are to use this software?
That is a BIG oversight. Are you planning to bring whitelabel?
