We decided to upgrade to Tier 3 for our company and are really enjoying ConveyThis. However, we have some questions because we serve other customers who might want translation services for their websites as well but are still just starting out.

For Tier 3, I know we can only add like three domains--My question is, what happens if we add more domains, but those domains are free, basically. They haven't yet scaled where they need to be on a tiered plan or subscription.

Let me know what options are available. Is it possible that our existing profile or account with ConveyThis could have both a paid Tier 3 and also include some of the free accounts from our other clients who may not yet be ready to get a subscription or purchase a tier from AppSumo? Please let me know what options we have.

To ensure GDPR compliance, I need clarification on four points:

Do you provide a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Are you certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or do you rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers outside the EU/Switzerland?

Where are your servers located and can you provide a list of all sub-processors?

Does ConveyThis send any data to external servers before user consent is given via a cookie banner/consent manager?

As the website operator, I am legally responsible under GDPR, so I must document these points clearly.

Does ConveyThis translates the URL Slugs of Pages and Posts as well?

Example:

domain.com/region/spain/best-restaurants-lisboa/

domain.com/region/spanien/beste-restaurants-lissabon/

domain.com/región/españa/mejores-restaurantes-lisboa/

I use Elementor on my website and have Elementor templates such as buttons, call to actions etc etc.

Will these features go into the new translated page ie, will all the Elementor design components go into the Spanish translated page?
