Q: How Does ConveyThis Handle Existing vs New Content Within Word Limits?
Hello,
I'm very interested in ConveyThis for my blog that combines gaming and reading, but I was wondering how it actually works. Are all existing articles automatically translated, or is it only for new ones? If there are too many words in the older posts, will the new ones still be translated? And if the monthly word limit isn't fully used, can older articles be included for translation?
Thanks in advance!

Jul 2, 2025A: Pages will be translated at the moment when a user clicks the language switcher and selects their preferred language.
So your word limit will not be used all at once.
By default, all pages, old and new ones, can be translated.
However, if you prefer, you can enable the Whitelist feature to translate only specific pages based on their URLs.
And opposite, you can exclude pages by URL, by partial matches in the URL, or exclude specific content by element IDs or classes.
If you reach your word limit, new pages will not be translated.
Please note: the word limit is not monthly, it is a global limit for your entire account.
If your Tier includes multiple domains, the limit applies collectively across all connected websites.

Thank you very much!
And when the offer is no longer available on appsumo, will it still be possible to upgrade? If the 500,000 words limit is exceeded, is there a solution? Thanks in advance.
Even if Appsumo offer will be not available, you can use you Tier until you reach you limits, and then make upgrade.
