Q: What happens when you go over 500,000 words?

Do you have additional tiers? For blogs, this is relatively easy to go over.

A: Your word limit won't be consumed all at once — it decreases gradually and only when users actually view translated versions of your pages (once per page and per language).
However, if your website is popular, users can do it quickly.
You will always have full control over your translations and can see exactly what was translated and how many words were used for each page and language.
If you reach the 500 000-word limit, you can contact us using the form on the page, and we'll help you find a solution: https://www.conveythis.com/help

There are ways to exclude certain parts of your website from translation. We have a huge section written on it. Plus, you can write to us and we will review your situation. Our friendly support is here for you!

That did not answered the question. I have many clients on Weglt, including me, over 1 million. You offer no information when you go above here, which I am sure I am not the only one. I do not want to email your support. Will you offer a higher tier? What will a sumoling expect after 500,000? Fair questions for the community.

We have higher tiers but due to contractual limitations with AppSumo did not bring them. However, you are welcome to visit: https://www.conveythis.com/pricing to explore all pricing options that include packages up to 5,000,000 words and even higher for Enterprise.
And, yes, our prices are 20% lower than wEGLOT so you can find more value.

Well, that's the issue; I cannot upgrade in the backend, and if I'm hearing you correctly. I receive an LTD of 500,000 words, but if I want to upgrade, I must switch to a standard plan, forfeiting my LTD and receiving only a 20% discount on a standard plan. I hope that's not the case. I sent an email to your support. I will need to get a refund otherwise.
