Feature to change password is included. But it didn't work for a week, because we were attacked by users with non-valid emails. So our mail server got a big bounce rate. We already fixed this issue.
most of its finding are "correlation != causation". not really much of a help.
there are tools out there that actually get this right, i don't want to name names here but do your own research. (most of them are super expensive, one is cheap)

If you re-read my comment, it had nothing to do with passwords, but your company's lack of ability and willingness to change a user login email.
