Q: Can you explain the email limits?
I purchased the Tier 3 plan and once I have signed up, it shows a limit of 500 email credits from the date I signed up to 360 days from the date I signed up. Does that mean I have a CRM that can only send 500 emails in a year? If I send an email to a list of 500 people is that one email credit or 500?

This LTD offer grants lifetime access to the CRM subscription. We have included some credits in the package to help you get started using the features. Once you have familiarized yourself with the platform and are ready to use it, you can add more email credits. There is no limit on the CRM for sending emails. You can send as many emails as you want by adding more credits.
