Q: Few points I noticed is: 1.
In the website it is mentioned "Start free trial". That actually means "schedule a demo"
2. So i went ahead and scheduled a demo. Closest demo day is a week away from today.
3. The emails for demo are getting generated in German language.
4. I think the core factor company is using another customer support company called JIVOChat for its support as I saw jivo logo in different places.
5. The person who sends email says his name is Herman. But in the email header name is mentioned as "German Esse". This gives a thought that are they trying to fake a foreign sounding name which they themselves are not aware of?
Why dont I get confidence with this company? This company's appsumo days are closing soon. So I had to decide early. But looks like I have to give a pass. Alas, the saas company insisting on handholding for demo after a week -- feels like I am living in 2004.
