Before CostLoop, we were managing software subscriptions the same way many small and medium businesses do: scattered invoices, renewal emails, shared spreadsheets, and a lot of guessing. We knew money was leaving every month, but it was not always clear which tools were still being used, who owned them, when they renewed, or where the cancellation link was saved. That problem gets worse as a business grows. A freelancer may start with a few tools, but an agency or SMB quickly adds design software, AI tools, marketing platforms, finance apps, cloud storage, project management tools, and team seats. The software stack becomes expensive, but there is still no clean source of truth. We built CostLoop to make SaaS spend control simple enough to actually maintain. It helps teams discover subscriptions from their inbox with a Chrome extension, import them into a dashboard, track renewal dates, assign owners, store invoices and cancellation links, and get alerts before renewals or price increases become wasted spend. Our goal is simple: help businesses decide what to keep, cancel, downgrade, or review before the money leaves the account.
