When I go in, the options to upgrade are for 50 cards ($8.99), unlimited annual pricing ($29.99), and lifetime unlimited ($59.99).

Two questions...

1) Which license would I be buying here?
2) How do I go about installing the license once I get it through the web? I don't see an option through my phone for "Enter Key" or anything similar.

I like the app and have used for a couple of cards already. Before I commit, I'd like to make sure I'm getting what I'm looking for.
