CrankWheel

Product details

Q: Dear Jói Sigurdsson, Thank you for brining this opportunity to our AppSumo community and welcome man.

I am about to renew my AppSump Plus Annual Membership just to buy from you this deal as I know the platform and its positive impacts for the remote support and sales teams.

But allow to ask you if there is a possibility to add Arabic language with or without RTL feature (RTL is Web Standards and Essential in the Web Development for the Frontend experience) if it is hard to to code, this is a missing feature in Crankwheel since I've been using it and experiencing the platforms for a long time but since no Arabic language available yet I couldn't use it my clients for the RTL language countries like Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, etc ... and I believe there is a huge potential just adding this feature in Crankwheel.

Best,
Mohammad

A: Hi Mohammad, thanks for your friendly message, and I'm glad to have you with us.

One part of CrankWheel currently supports RTL, even though there is no translation; this is in the Instant Demos feature, where you can configure the lead capture widget to render RTL, and all of the messages are under your control so you can provide your own translation there if you desire.

It is quite a large project to fix all of the other UIs in CrankWheel to handle RTL, but you mentioned perhaps that wouldn't be necessary and a translation could be enough. That's interesting, and I'll see if we could do something in the future about adding translations to Arabic languages.

Best regards,
Jói

Thank you Jói for your reply, this is really helpful, motivational and encouragingly, but I think if you think that the language accessibility for the Platform is big project you maybe not have enough connections with experienced people to solve this problem easily in short amount of time, because it is just a frontend problem, I know someone from Bangladesh fixed similar problem in 2 days to make the website frontend accessible for for the RTL when clicking on the Arabic language flag of the language switcher button, but first Crankwheek should work on the translation may be using Google API and just Apply the few CSS with JavaScript Code and Boom.

Anyway if you want to connect via the email to talk about this then I'll be glad to help since I grabbed the deal in the last 2 hours after my AppSumo Plus subscription renewed.

This Platform deserve more than 10 out of 10 Tacos, and deserve to go and spread it globally.

All the best,
Mohammad
