At the moment, CrankWheel does not transport audio. It shares your screen (or application window, or browser tab) as a live video stream, and you can also share your webcam feed by itself or as an overlay on the screen share.

For the audio part, the current main use case for CrankWheel is to use it as an add-on to a normal phone call, transforming a cold call into a sales presentation.

That said, you can also use it with a phone conference (and we offer a one-click integration with a partner service, ConferenceCall.co.uk), and we are very close to releasing our own web-based multi-participant audio that you will be able to use for scheduled meetings, and features that make CrankWheel suitable for more traditional web conferencing use cases are our biggest focus at the moment, although we will continue to emphasize making the "cold call + screen share" use case as buttery smooth as possible.
