I have just checked your website and your appsimo deal and it's not clear. On your website, team tier does NOT include option of what is being shared(program, window, full screen), but your department tier does include this functionality. Does your appsumo deal include "restrict sharing types" functionality or not? And if it does not, can you please include it because I think it's a must. So often I don't want to share whole screen, but just a specific windows tab or even specific area of the screen. Thanks

May 15, 2024A: Hi, on any of our plans including the AppSumo plans, you can share what you want to share, and choose between a full screen, application window, or browser tab, sharing only the visual information within the surface you choose to share. When you're not using our extension, or using from Firefox, you even have the option to do a custom crop of the surface you are sharing.
The advanced feature "restrict sharing types" is available on our Department plan and up for larger sales teams where the sales manager might want to lock CrankWheel down so that (for example) only browser tabs can be shared.
I think the confusion lies in the description of the "restrict sharing types" feature. Any user of CrankWheel can choose what to share and restrict to just a window or browser tab, but the advanced feature should perhaps be called something more like "Limit types of screen sharing available to agents" or some such.
