A: Hi, each user on your plan can do any number of screen shares per month, even if they choose to record every screen share. Each individual screen share has no maximum length, and you can have up to 300 viewers connect to a given screen share in real time.

The limit for videos is not on the number of recorded videos, it is only on the total number of playbacks for all your shared videos per month.

There is also no limit on the number of videos you can store, although there is a retention period, where videos become eligible after 6 months from creation to be first automatically archived and then some time later permanently deleted. The retention period however does not apply to videos for which a sharing link has been generated, or videos marked for use with our Projector feature; such videos are not archived or deleted automatically.
