Q: I activated my codes and have tried using this.

I don't find it very helpful to me and I wanted to refund today, 60 days since I purchased the codes. (I have 60 days, right?) But the refund request is no longer clickable. Why am I blocked from a refund?

There was no concept of credits as you replied to in a question.

Now when I log into my account, I see 15000 credits written which I understand from your words here is = 15000 words.

There is a vast difference between 10000 Pages and 15000 words which is max 45 pages (350 words/page).

Also, the marketplace lifetime deal estimated cost was showing as $9150...

Q: Hi, I just recently got 1 code and may be interested in upgrading.

CrawlQ currently supports only English language, is this correct? Therefore, if my website (i.e. the Domain Name entered when setting up the Workspace) is not in English, how will CrawlQ be able to make use of its content to train the AI?

As a workaround, would I have to use a competitor's website which is in English in order to train the AI?

Which other languages are on your roadmap and when will support for them be implemented?
