I've followed the guide in the Appsumo Creatica Redeem page. But can't find my way. And my Creatica.app dashboard doesn't confirm that I have a LTD. It's nothing there apart from my email. When I try generating a background I'm taken to the "Get Pro - Creatica" onboarding page - which takes me to Stripe. Where do I find email to support?

Because of huge requests from the community here, I planned to release Animated background earlier, so totally focused on developing v2. (we are half way there :))
However rest assured we will soon post updates on static backgrounds, starting next week.
Seems abandoned… so much for ‚weekly updates’. All blog avatars are AI generated. No new posts or backgrounds, despite the announcements. No answers to new questions. Still good value, but I am afraid, the site silently goes down a few months into the future. It’s a Pass for me.
Q: Could you change the name of the exported file to include the name of the generator instead of new_file.

Hi, there should be option to "Add Promotion Code" in the left side of Stripe Page.
