How does it work with videos? You cannot upload videos if you are in a tour! You can upload videos in the files but they can only be used as embed video in a tour! if i go to Docs there is sign in but does not work with the same username! for the help tab the same I cannot login using the same username! Do I need to create account for ever help page same for Ideas and Announcements.

Here’s how videos work:
Videos in tours
You can directly upload videos and use them inside a tour — no need to embed. Once uploaded, just select and place the video where needed. For better presentation, you can also use the custom thumbnail option to upload a thumbnail for the video.

I just checked this on my end and it’s working—you can upload and use videos directly inside a tour.
One thing to note: there is a per-scene video upload limit, which depends on your plan. You can check this in the Tier section. If that limit is reached, the upload won’t work.

A: Hi, great question
At the moment, we don’t have a public API or webhook available yet for fully automated tour creation (like uploading photos and getting an embed link back automatically).
That said, this is something we’re actively exploring as we expand automation capabilities
I'm done with Matterport and their nonsense, so I wanted to give this a shot. I built out a single tour but I do have a few questions: 1) Can you change the spinning animation between transitions?
2) Are there any video walkthroughs to show how to best utilize this better (other than the single YouTube video)?
3) Why do I seem to have access to "Flipbook" as well? Is that also included?
4) How long are your current sprints for new features? I'd love to use this long term but I'm concern about longevity on this.

The GoPro MAX captures full 360° photos and videos, which are exactly what virtual tour platforms use.
So you can:
Shoot your space (house, site, etc.) in 360
Export the images
Upload them into Crezlo Tours and build your tour
The only thing to keep in mind:
GoPro MAX files (like .360) usually need to be exported into standard 360...

That’s a great suggestion — agree it would make the workflow much faster
At the moment, we don’t support drag-and-drop for scenes like Kuula.
However, you can speed things up by:
Using the ➕ icon on the scene carousel
Adding multiple scenes in one go
We are definitely considering improvements in this area based on feedback like yours
