Sadly, due to changes in Instagram's terms & conditions for all apps earlier 2017, many features are no longer supported by Instagram for any apps. As a result, Crowdfire can no longer support the following Instagram features - Non Followers, Fans, Recent Unfollowers, Recent Followers, All Following, Friend Check, Whitelist and Blacklist.
This is why only Twitter Growth Features are available on Crowdfire.
Also, Crowdfire lets you link and post on Facebook Groups and Pages. :)

I looked at the User Guide, but it seems outdated. I visited the YouTube channel for Crowdfire, and
no visible tutorials. If we are on this AppSumo plan, are new "client or customer" accounts added
from the getting started RED button on the homepage, or within the platform aftrer logging in?

Q: First off: I am HAPPY that none of the features like auto DM, auto "thank you" and that are available.
This kind of spam takes the fun out of social media and just adds to the empty noise.
I see them every day - dead accounts with TONS of followers that hardly receive any interaction. The humans unfollow them after the 200 irrelevant "my top engaged.." or "thank you" on their feed while only the other dead accounts (follow back collectors) stay.
The reason these features are not available anymore is probably Twitter does not allow it. If you use a tool that still does it, you put your account at risk. Twitter disables a lot of spammy accounts and I thank them for it.
That said, I stopped using Crowdfire because it's not good at the one feature that I do need, scheduling posts.

I'm curious what is holding back this type of feature? The increase in server size to store videos and download them to a users phone like it does when it pushes photo posts to Instagram currently?
