Yes, why do I need to quickly and easily access all relevant web styles AND NOT edit them even if I am a web designer? Do you tell me the hex number so that I can edit my own pages the same or do you give me a code that I can copy and paste into another platform to edit or what is the purpose then of this soft if I can not edit it even on another platform?

CSS Peeper isn’t for editing, it’s for instantly understanding the visual styles behind any webpage without digging through messy DevTools. You still get everything you need to use elsewhere: colors, fonts, spacing, and even assets.
Think of it as a clean, designer-friendly way to grab the info fast so you can apply it in Figma, Webflow, your own CSS, anywhere. It saves time, cuts the noise, and lets you focus on designing.
Having said that, we're actually working on the 'Show code' feature, that would allow more advanced users to reuse any CSS styles for their own purposes, without having to access DevTools.
