What I shared previously:
Pretty excited about this, but having some major issues...
- Initially noticed some load issues. That has continued over several days.
- When using the verify your email link, I have repeatedly gotten "Your request to verify your email has expired or the link has already been used"
- Emailed support 3 days ago without a response
- Dug a little deeper into LinkedIn: This is a side hustle for both founders. That doesn't mean it couldn't be a good product, but 9 years in, only 2 founders, and this product is not their priority. I don't know that support will ever improve based on that.
Why I've updated my review:
- There are bugs, yes. Initial login screen for activation never worked. Also, email account creation never worked. If you use Google to create the free account, and then push the activate button, it applied the code.
- The co-founder followed up here, as you can see, so they are engaged. I don't know why support didn't get routed correctly, but it has been rectified.
- I still have concerns about not having an engineering presence on LinkedIn, and the bugs add to that, but once I navigated the issues, the product works. I especially like the how easy it was to grab all assets. It's hard not to get the full value based on that alone.

As for the product itself, the free version of our Chrome extension has been available for 9 years. Earlier this year, we made the decision to revive it and add many highly requested features, while keeping the core experience free for our long-term users. This isn’t a side project for us, it takes a significant amount of our team’s effort, and we operate as a fully established business committed to improving and supporting the product.
We’re also truly sorry that you didn’t hear back from support sooner. We’ve been experiencing a busy period, but you should have received a response by now.
