I refunded because I was just testing out your tool and ended up going with a different option, but now I still get daily emails telling me about overdue test tasks. There is no way to cancel these because my account has been shut down. You might want to stop closed accounts from sending out email alerts. The only way I can now stop this is by blocking the email address.

Hey,\u000a\u000aIf you receive mails, the setting in your account is active. It doesn\u0027t matter if your trial period is over. You CAN LOGIN to the account. Click the Profile tab, then the Email Notification tab and turn off notifications. We DO NOT BLOCK anything related to profile settings. You can either change the mail or edit the notification settings.\u000a\u000aBest,
