Its Cool, love it, but... needs some improvement

Hi,

I am a long time Ora user, but to add on team members costs too much at this time, so I am excited to see this product. I bought level 4, so I could expand my team.

I demoed the product for a week and today bought it.

Why?
1 - I like the ability to expand my team and add on users. This is important.
2- It has a lot of potential to grow, so, I am straping in for the ride.

What can be improved.
1 - Listing out tasks. This needs to be streamlined. I like to type a task, hit enter and do the next task, lay out my mind then go in and add details. Currently, I add a task, then I am brought to a new windo, and I have click back... let me type out many tasks, then go back and edit them. Stream line the task setting and editing.

2 - Tags : Add in company wide tags at the parent level. Every time I do a new project, I need to add in tags again with different colors... company-wide tags, so that each project can have the same tags with same colors.

3 - Add some advanced text formating ability in the task fields, like bold, links, and bullet points.

4 - A pop up window may be better then a new screen for viewing tasks, which would alow for a faster interaction and updates. Perhaps I just need to get use to this flow.

5 - A nice to have would be some sorta of mind mapping system //Whiteboard to lay out ideas then work on them.

6 - A nice ot have - Costom icons on each project (project logo) and project set descriptions and links

7 - A nice to have would be Sprint Cycles as well, to group tasks and such into groups with a burndown chart for tracking. This way, larger projects can be grouped.

I have not tried out the client portal, but I looks interesting.

All in all, I see a lot of potential with this platform and I do hope that it is developed and promoted for a long time.

Give me a few months to play with it more, would be happy to help with additional development ideas.

Hello,

Thank you for your review. We continue to develop Cubicl based on feedback from our users. I am taking note of your request to update our roadmap. We cannot guarantee that all requests are accepted or implemented in a short time. Some of the features you mentioned are actually available in Cubicl. Let me explain:

2. Tags: You do not need to create tags again in sub-projects. You can create all tags in the parent (main) project. While you creating a task, just write the name of the tag. It will show off.

4. When you click a task card at Home Page, the task page opens as a modal page. You can check details, write comments and make changes. It looks like a pop up window.

5. I will add this to the request list. Maybe, the Gantt Chart helps you for now.

7. You can group tasks under a project. You can add sub-projects under projects. There is no limit for it. And every project has a report page. So, it helps you to analyze your tasks.
