I used a plugin on my WordPress site to manage affiliate links and links that I put into my social media posts. Then I no longer used WordPress so I searched for an alternative - I found CutMeShort and I'm really happy with it!

What I like about it is that I can put my link somewhere once and then change the destination in CutMeShort without changing the link that I put on social medie for instance. Plus, it gives me basic tracking information about where my visitors came from and what devices they used.

And with AppSumos lifetime deal I even save money!

I purchased yesterday and today the app is not loading. I am trying to access https://www.app.cutmeshort.com/ since long time but it only shows loading.

I was starting to write up a review for Cut Me Short, and I decided I just might as well record a quick video and show you how to use it. Uh, I am a fan. I really like it. Here's my interface. Uh, if I wanna create a new link, uh, I'm just gonna type that. I've got two different URLs that I'm using, so I just pick which one that I want. And then I enter the long URL, and then I'll just type in something short here. And, uh, I can add some tags if I want. I can select a folder that I want it to go into, and then I just hit Cut Me Short. And then I just... Uh, I can create a new link or I can copy the one that I just made. So let me copy that, and then let's just go try it. I mean, we just made this. So if I paste it, watch how fast this goes. (clicks mouse) And boom, I'm at the link that I wanted to. So basically, I just wanted some short links to share some things, like my club here, and, and Cut Me Short really has, uh, done the trick for what I need. So as you can see, I've created 32 links so far. I've got a little under 6,000 total clicks. I'm not looking for a ton out of my short links. I just want some short links that look good and are easy to make, easy to keep track of, and Cut Me Short has, uh, done very well. And the best thing is it's not a monthly fee. You pay once, and you get it for life. So I highly recommend it.
