Q: Do you save the "parser" information after running a set of resumes?
I noticed that I navigated away from the screen and I lost the results. Then I have to use my credits again for the same batch?

May 15, 2024A: We currently do not store information on the parsed resume. The focus is on providing resume parser APIs that you can use to parse the resumes and then later you can use this information the way you want. This may include storing information on your side.
However, we would like to know more about your use case to understand what you are trying to achieve.
Well after I upload a bunch of resumes and it "bulk" parses them, it would be nice to be able to do some "things" with the data. (1) Save the parsed batch (so I don't use more credits doing it again) (2) Compare/Contrast the different resumes data (3) get a "count" of keywords or other information. Looks like this has potential, but I'm struggling to identify a good use case to keep it right now.
We give you information back in the form of JSON or API output you can use this information and store it on your end. We may soon introduce CSV output so that you can store it in that format. Or you may build some solution on your end to use this information and store it the way you want.
Regarding, comparing resumes or keyword count - we are already doing that as part of CVViZ - ATS solution (which is also available on AppSumo) - there we have both of these solutions available. You may want to check.
