I cannot figure out how to use the product. I have worked with other parsers that provide better documentation. This one provides almost none. You must know how to integrate APIs to use it. Sadly, I do not and am canceling.
Unfortunately, I'm going to refund this product. It has great potential, and I appreciate this first edition of the product does very well, great UX and functions. However, hard to see how to use this product effectively, until the following comes:
1. Save batch uploads (so you don't use more credits when you navigate away from the screen). 2. Add functionality to review the data (bulk) from resume uploads. 3. Compare resume uploads with a "job posting" to see a likeness/match.
Really like the start, hoping for the best, just not useful for me at this time.
