Q: How to verify posting
I have posted a job and cannot see if it has actually posted to the job boards? I have looked and searched but cannot find the ad. Also, I am not receiving responses to the ads, I have posted directly onto indeed and get responses within hours, it has been a couple of days and..nothing. I even took the original post down and recreated the job to see if that would help. I submitted this question to the chat widget on the site, but figured this would have others wondering as well so it may benefit to post here.
A: Hi, The job would get posted to multiple free job listing sites. For Indeed and Glassdoor there is a precondition that you must integrate your career page with CVViZ. (This is a condition set by Indeed, Glassdoor).

How to check and verify that the job created in CVViZreally posted in the said free posting jobs? Manual verification? No indicators that the job was successfully posted.
This being a free posting, we do not get acknowledgement from the respective job boards. Manual verification is the only way. Just FYI, we receive piles of resumes from these free job postings.

I have recently started using CVViZ, and I have a couple of questions:
Is it possible to use CVViZ for multiple companies? Ideally, each company would have its own dashboard, LinkedIn integration, etc.
Would it be possible to connect our regular email provider using SMTP and IMAP? (Please note that we do not use Microsoft or Google email services).

I did have luck googling the ad's name. I used an alternate name to verify that it was not my original ad. Best of luck!
