Q: Why did 5 codes not get what I paid for

So I got 5 codes and i have only 5 users not unlimited users and jobs as stated in the product description why is that?

I have posted a job and cannot see if it has actually posted to the job boards? I have looked and searched but cannot find the ad. Also, I am not receiving responses to the ads, I have posted directly onto indeed and get responses within hours, it has been a couple of days and..nothing. I even took the original post down and recreated the job to see if that would help. I submitted this question to the chat widget on the site, but figured this would have others wondering as well so it may benefit to post here.
