* LOVE the AI-powered skills evaluation. Pretty accurate.
* LOVE the user interface. Takes a minimal amount of time to get acquainted and up and running.
* LOVE the ability to ask additional qualifying questions. (Others have noted this is a simple implementation currently... it's true. However, it's still beneficial to be able to add a few extra questions to help determine if the candidate is a fit for our organization. We can ask additional detailed questions during second stage automated interviews managed by other software.)
* LOVE the support. I can submit a question and get accurate help within 24 hours.

Candidly this is a great tool for any business looking to hire staff... my only complaint is that I wish I had discovered this much sooner.
