I've been using this tool for more than a week. It can help you quickly set up a career page, post job ads to multiple free job boards, and keep track of applicants. The interface is easy to work with. I liked the Binary Search feature where we can search resumes database using multiple keywords/skills/job-profiles
Overall CVViZ is a great product with room for improvement.
