A: 1. CX genie is a platform provides you A.I response not a fixed response, we also provide you all in 1 platform where your agent just need to use CX Genie to work 2. At the moment you can not manage them specifically, however you can let them use within 1 workspace 3. We do give you a lot of integration such as: Facebook, IG, WA, Discord, Telegram,...You can check that in section Platform...
