A promising Loom alternative with built-in lead capture features
I purchased Dadan today, and after some experiences Dadan seems to be a very promising tool, a clear alternative to Loom, but with some powerful extras like in-video call-to-actions and forms, which are perfect for lead generation.
It also includes unlimited cloud storage, which is a huge plus, and the recording quality is excellent, smooth, clear, and professional. The interface is user-friendly and super intuitive, making it easy to get started without a learning curve.
The video quality is top-notch, and everything worked smoothly right out of the gate.
As with any new platform, I encountered a few early issues. Some minor things, like a persistent bar on the video, and a message that pops up every time you switch tabs during playback, I’d love the option to disable that, and the team mentioned it’s something they plan to improve.
I also had trouble setting the exact timestamp where the form should appear in the video, the slider wasn’t displaying properly. But again, support was fantastic, super responsive. Often they replied within minutes, and even when it took a bit longer, I always felt supported. I really hope they maintain this level of availability.
A few things are still missing, especially when it comes to integrations. I use Swipe One as my CRM, and currently, there are no webhooks or native options to connect with it. Even exporting leads requires going into each video manually, as there’s no sync with Google Sheets or notifications for new submissions yet, although the team confirmed these are on the roadmap.
Still, Dadan is off to a strong start. If they continue improving integrations, automation, and ironing out minor bugs in the video recorder, I can definitely see it becoming a top-tier tool for video communication and lead capture.

Jul 31, 2025Thanks for sharing your experience ❤️ The recording tool bar has been highlighted by many and we are working to improve the same.
We have noted the input about webhooks and the notification part when someone submits a form.
Excited for the road ahead :)
