I've purchased other video recording products and this one is one I use all the time because of its vast capabilities - I use it for recording videos, importing videos, transcribing, etc. I appreciate that they seem to be constantly updating the product and hope it continues to improve and stick around for years to come. Had a buggy experience one time and received a response within 24 hours. It's a great Loom alternative for sure.
