Hi Dean, I want to clarify that dadan is a video creation platform. We do support teachers and educators to record their course content. We will not be an alternative to online course management/distribution platforms. Within the allocated bandwidth, you can distribute the videos as individual creators.

I understand unlimited bandwidth is the dream, but we are cautious about supporting the community on the long run. We are talking to them individually to get feedback and build fast, rather than promising great limits we can't deliver over the long run.

We currently have 100GB per video per week per user, which is a great limit for most use cases. But we cannot macth with a course management platform. The calculation shared is an approximate and won't be the exact case. We will not be revoking or suspending your account without notice. If we receive multiple reports from your viewers about a video you published, then we will manually review the same to verify the report and advise you to take down the video.

Regarding the Windows app issue, please reach out to us via support, and we will assist you. Once the recording is complete, the browser page will open and you will find the video being uploaded. If this is not the case, we can help solve it.
