Promising but with issues
I moved from Tier 1 to Tier 2 trying to add team members licences. Still no sure if i did the right decision.

I'm sorry you've had a frustrating experience with adding team licenses and with our support response times. We've recently made changes to the licensing system to address the issues users were facing, and we're continuing to improve the overall experience.
Regarding the desktop app audio quality, that's definitely something we'd like to investigate. Could you let us know which operating system you're using (Windows or Mac) and, if possible, send us a sample recording or the app logs on the support chat? That will help our team identify what's causing the poor audio quality.
